I had a truly restful stay during my vacation. the staff was personable and friendly, making my experience even better. My queen room was quiet and immaculate, which I appreciated. the breakfast was nice, featuring fruit, waffles, and meat. the location is fantastic—just a short distance from the airport, the light rail, and the piers where cruise ships arrive and depart.

reasonably large and clean venue with a nice value and very kind staff. exceptionally comfortable bed in king room with a storage space, a shower/toilet, and a coffee machine.

Our room was recently renovated and a decent size and had a reasonably large bathroom. It had good facilities, every hotel should provide a storage and a shower/toilet👌

The rooms were impressively sized and equipped with smoke detectors for safety. Its convenient location made it easy to access the piers where the cruise ships arrived and departed.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly ..they took care of us and asked us few times if we needed anything for kids...don't remember the name but girl at reception in evening was really good and even the staff.

Parking lot lights shine directly into room. Also needs blackout blinds on ground floor for privacy and keep parking lot lights out. Rooms are it tight if have kids. Ok for couple.

This hotel has been recently renovated, offers a good amount of space, and features two double beds instead of a king-sized bed.

The pool was warm and not cold. The shuttle was very convenient. The room was very large and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast had a very nice spread. The hotel was very quiet even though it was busy. Not to mention the staff was amazing very friendly.

Rooms comfy with refrig, microwave, coffee maker. Shuttle takes to restaurants within mile. Free! Many delivery options. Very helpful staff, espec in morning when encountered shuttle issues.

Asked to be in quiet location at end of hall top floor. Despite calling and putting it in preferred, still didn't have record of it. Also, shuttle in morning only leaves every 30 min. NOT told to me despite asking. Almost missed plane. Also, not much of a snack bar. No bar options.

The location of this place was amazing and we're looking forward to staying here again on our next trip; breakfast options such as meat and oatmeal were good.
